Reformation is not responsible for any package loss and there's no compensation for this problem. You could expect you will never get your package and there's nothing you can do because they have a bad carrier which is FedEx. I'm tired of talking to Reformation and they just wanna get rid out of their responsibilities. Please do care more about your customer service.
The sales girls are very helpful and knowledgeable. I love how the concept behind this brand is to use vintage fabrics and help the enviorment. I first started shopping there when I was walking down on Ludlow street in the LES in NYC.
