Easily the best haircut in West Chester! I was always bouncing around between places until 2015. Since then, I've only had my hair done at the Refinery. I recommend to both men and women. Coldest beer, freshest cuts imo
These guys know exactly what they are doing. My hair was jacked up from going to less qualified barbers in town. Bud, the owner, noticed right away and went to work. His professionalism and skill produced a haircut I'm constantly getting raise for. You won't be disappointed.

Bud has been styling my hair (balayage highlights and cut) for a few years now. We've tried a variety of cuts and I've loved every one of them! My favorite part is that the team works together and they consult with each other, constantly learning and enjoying what they do!
