The Refill Shoppe has been our "Go To" for months now as we try to eliminate plastic waste from our home. Every time I go in, the customer service is warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful. The products have been amazing and we actually have a good time shopping for soaps and suds now! Michelle has created a true treasure for earth conscious shopping and our family is so grateful to have them here in Ventura!

I was curious about the Refill Shoppe when I drove by the original store. The fact that I could get vegan organic products in custom scents and reuse bottles was a win-win!
I remember walking by this shop the very first week it opened and stopping in to hear the concept and meeting the owner (and her dog!) in person and going home to tell my husband, "This is going to be big. I am so excited." All these years later I just brought my mom to the shop and she spent the time to understand the concept and came out after spending $75 saying, "I'm hooked". Went today for the first time and was great. I’ll definitely bring containers next time so I can do more things. Would be really affordable then. But still did a cleanser, body mist, shaving oil and a all purpose cleaning spray. First pick out your containers or bring your own. Then your product and then choose 6 oils to add into the product.
