RUDE, CONDESCENDING FLOOR MANAGER SPOILED ENTIRE EVENING 04/24/2021 6:30 PM I took my brother and sister in law from out of town to the Reef for their last night in town. Going very well until the food was served, and my brother found his entree inedible. The waitress called the floor manager, who was very rude and condescending.
