Treat staff horribly. No longevity of staff. They are fired for no reason before getting perks that are offered. This interferes with treatment of guests
RecommendedWe have stayed in Cabin 80 (Chattertons) for many years. It is rustic and relaxed.The Redwoods staff is extremely friendly and professional. We really enjoy coming here.
Great variety of cabins inside the park.
Called prior to getting there because I saw a fire was nearby, I was told everything was fine and we would not be affected. Got there after driving for 4 hours to heavy smoke and ash falling!! My husband has asthma ani have have extreme allergies, neither one of us could breathe I lost my voice almost immediately. Got to the office and the refused to refund us because it was “weather” fire is not weather!!! #teamdelio we can’t say enough good things about out stay at the Redwoods. We stayed in Cabin #70, which was conveniently located across from the Redwoods main office, laundry, trash, market, library, etc. The cabin was very nice, practically everything you could think of was provided and the quality was good. The Redwoods staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. Really good people! It's our 1st time to try this part of Yosemite national park. Redwoods in Yosemite is a great retreat for families. A thriving community with schools and markets. Perfectly located 6 miles close to the south gate of the park.
The beauty of Yosemite while staying in the small peaceful community of Wawona away from the crowds. Great walks just outside your door of a great cabin with all the comforts of home including Wifi. Yosemite West, while being close to the valley, is not a warm community to take walks and there is no cell coverage or Wifi. Wawona and The Redwoods in Yosemite, you got me hooked. I will be back.
Clean, well maintained homes inside Yosemite National Park operated by friendly and helpful staff. Great walking and hiking nearby, easy drive to Yosemite Valley and Mariposa Grove.
