They quickly followed up on the MANY repairs needed to fix and replace older appliances that broke down and/or flooded our apartment (from the ac/heating to water heater, etc.). Have been in the building for more than 3 years, there have been 4 different building managers in the last 12 months, each progressively less communicative and more hostile. The building is currently undergoing renovation, many apartments are getting hardwood panel flooring (has been going on for a year now), so during the day there is CONSTANT CONSTRUCTION NOISE.
