I have used other shredding companies and was always disappointed. They either did not show up on time or there were incorrect billing issues. Since I switched to Red Shredder, I don't worry about anything. I can schedule a pick up and know that they will come by on time and be courteous and pleasant. Ron picked up my shredding this morning and was extremely nice considering I had more paper to be picked up than he was expecting. I will recommend Red Shredder to all of my colleagues!!

utmost professionalism, they had me scheduled on the books within just a few minutes of calling. their driver mike was really excellent despite a scheduling screw up on my part. sharon, the woman who handled scheduling me, was a pleasure to talk to. bonus, i got to watch my documents be shredded. i’ll be using the red shredder for all my future business shredding needs!
