I came in to get my money pieces touched up and left with them completely fried off. I spent close to 300$ & ended up with more of a mess than I originally showed up with. I wish I never stepped foot in the salon. I called a few days later expressing my issues and she offered to have me come in for a fix. I did appreciate that. Told $50.00 more than once. EVEN after seeing my length and thickness. I received a wash, style, and blow dry. I'm checking out, and i was told $63.00. I asked why the difference and what I was told didn't make sense but paid anyway and tipped my hair stylist and the girl that washed my hair. The staff was very nice and welcoming but the price change was a bit unease feeling. I am happy with my hairstyle.
