Phenomenal burgers! Friendly staff! My new favorite spot!
Terrible customer service. They take no pride in their food, or in making sure their customers are satisfied.

Used to be hit or miss, now it's just miss. Only think worse than the food is the customer service.
The only problem with the Red Onion is that it's to far from Monroe; definitely worth the drive though! Great service, good humor, good time. Can't wait til I can go back.
Love the menu and employees. Love that they hold fundraisers as well.
