I will NEVER order food from here again They were extremely rude. When I asked for utensils and napkins, they tore my bag apart and threw them in. The sliders were more mustard than burger and none of the options for any food item I ordered was not followed. No condiments. No sour cream or chives on the potato skins (which were still mostly raw potato) I ordered a chocolate lava cake. Was gross. First it is NOT a lava cake. It’s a layer cake. Great food and they do a lot for the community!
They refused to move 2 tables together to allow all of our group to sit together. Food was over cook. Just a poor excuse for a place the serves the public.
This restaurant??! Was a total disappointment. We went to support a school fundraiser at the mountlake terrace-wa location and we saw how unrespectful-even mean and rude-were the staff and owners to some parents for not good reason at all. Parents that were volunteering at the event were mistreat?!. Why red onion agreed to support events like this if they are InCapAblE to behave properly??? Their customer service is very bad. Obviously they don't care for repeat customers and only rely on transient customers.
So this is difficult for me, I've liked this restaurant for years... I even volunteered & worked/helped during one of their Christmas parties for their employees. #RedOnion #NeverAgain It was my son's 19th birthday, we are homebound due to him coming home from school with a cold which canceled family plans...
