Had a great experience living here. Rachel is the best apt manager you could ever ask for. She takes concerns, and questions seriously and acts appropriately and in a timely manner to address those concerns and come up with solutions. Maintenance is friendly and very timely. We have lived here since 2014. Our rent keeps raising, but nothing has been updated besides our toilet. It's an OK place to live, as far our neighbors (mostly college kids), and the maintenance crew is cool, and timely. However, the property owners could treat their loyal residents better by making sure our apartments are upgraded, along with our rental rates... I mean, we have been giving them our money faithfully for the past 5 years!

I recently renewed my lease for the 3rd time, which speaks for its-self. The entire staff will always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to any/all needs/concerns(especially Rachel); the maintenance team are quick to attend to any problems that may arise. I lived there two years ago and I honestly miss it. The office was always very helpful, rent was a decent price, and I loved the gate. I fostered a dog for two weeks and they allowed it without a fee since it was short term. Very accommodating. I had to move home to do student teaching and they allowed me to do a 6 month lease. I still recommend this complex to people and wished I still lived in Michigan because my apartment now pales in comparison.
It's been wonderful living here. People are friendly, there are lots of other pets for our dog to play with, and the maintenance is fast and reliable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an inexpensive, safe place to live in Ypsi.
I've been here for a year and I love it! The management is very friendly and helpful, and maintenance is quick to respond and is friendly as well. There have been steady improvements made to the property inside and out over the past year, which have drastically improved the appearance of the property, living conditions, and security. And on top of all that, the rent is significantly cheaper than anywhere else comparable in the area, with most of the utilities included!
