Auf really good restaurant to dine and relax after a walk on the high line.
Recommended by a local. The best pork I have ever eaten. Organic, I believe. The tempura beans were a real treat. I'm from South Australia where the food scene is lively and innovative, and I found the Red Cat to be a notch up from the food I normally choose to eat. The room had a lively 'buzz' and the staff were helpful and attentive. It was the highlight of my 10 days in New York.
Took a friend here for lunch for his birthday and everything was top notch. The cavatelli appetizer was mouth watering, the fish tacos entree was so fresh and tasty. Service was great - just an overall very enjoyable experience!
