Their food is good but their DoorDash menu is not consistent. I ordered a tofu boat and while their website gives you 3 free toppings, on DoorDash it shows you would be charged and lets you complete your order without requiring you to choose your free toppings. So I spent $20 and my dinner is now just rice and tofu
My family dined in this restaurant and we're all disappointed when the food was served in a aluminum take out container and the vegetables for the Pho was in a plastic bag with the sachet hoisin sauce and chilli sauce. No condiments serves on the table,the seever said people are stealing the condiments. When we asked for warm water they haven't serve us anything. First time we expirience this kind of servive. We will not come to this restaurant again and we will nkt recommend this to our friends.
Question: How many Asian restaurants have you been to that doesn't have chop sticks? (today, out of many, was my first). It feels like I am in the Twilight Zone, I am eating pho with a fork.
It was my first time ordering from here and I dont think id ever order from here again. ._. It probably isn't their fault that uber took 2 hours, but to have 2 missing items and the portion be so small for the price was kind of unacceptable. So, im not really happy. Disappointing tbh
