It was a great couple of days with Mike and his team. I learnt new things and gained perspective, in fact things I've implemented in the short time since attending have made a big difference. You're also surrounded by like minded people. Would highly recommend!
It is so rare to meet someone who can share so much about such a complex subject and on so many levels, so willingly, eloquently and with such great humour and grace.
There are a lot of good recruiting trainers out there and Mike Gionta is good in that respect, but what sets him apart from the others is his coaching & facilitating abilities.
RecruiterU is a great organization made up of former wildly successful recruiters. Mike G. was a successful firm owner himself and knows how to take firm owners (and recruiters) to the next level. It takes work and commitment if you're a part of the group, but it's worth it. Consider this an "investment", not a "cost". If you're committed to growing, you can afford to miss being a part of their coaching.
