This places case management team called me an unassistable addict, forced me to be a successful discharge and left me and my property on the street. Ron was the only genuine person that assisted me throughout along with Deion

The client care and BHT’s do as best job as they can. As a combat vet I was offered more over the phone when I was vetting this facility. Yet, when I got to this facility, it took 9 days to get me to PHP/vets. As a combat vet, I wanted to focus on trauma. This facility is inherently mental health substance. Which is great, for those looking for that kind of help. The staff that works on site, do a great job. But I will say, that upper management needs to do a better job. They need better follow through.
