I highly highly recommend the recovery lounge! Super clean, Adam was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and their equipment was state of the art! I can’t wait for my next visit!
There's no better place to get some recovery to your body after being active. I have been a customer since day one, and the team there continues to grow and improve the business. I started by using the leg and hip compression before or after running or biking, and still do that at least weekly.
