I would NOT Recommend Debra to anyone. I moved here 8 months ago. My house in Nevada was in 2 weeks of being closed. And I was pre-approved for far more than I wanted to spend. All these documents, the realtor i was working with, shared with Debra; I needed to get a home here in Florida. I was working here. My wife was still in Nevada. She REFUSED to take any contingency offers or show the owner the offer for their property. Finally, I found a house that was not listed by her and bought it. I am very disappointed with the service I have received from Debra Simons as a realtor from The Keyes Company and her manager Jo Ann. She was recommended to me by a family relative so I thought things would go smoothly. Since I was in a crunch to hire a realtor, I decided to go with Debra base off of my relative’s recommendation.
