I worked with Jiill Vaughn. She seemed nice but did not know what she was doing. She recommended a title agency that for weeks would not give me an exact fiigure to close. They told me it would ba about $900. Well the day of closing it was over $1,200. On top of that Jill told me I had to physically be at the closing. I had to fly to Atlanta from NJ, rent a car, spend 2 nights and eat out a huge expense.The trip cost me about $1,000. All for nothing. Jill misinformed me. Basil Ibenyenwa has to be the worst agent ever! It took days for responses. He seemed to not know much about the transaction in regards to the client he was representing. When my agent and I were able to reach him, his service levels were at an ultimate low. The guy seem to not care much based on quality, professionalism, and response time.
