Everyone at Realty Depot was just great during my journey to find a rental apt. in Kew Gardens Queens - it's very hard to get a place in that area but these guys managed to show me the apt. the same day it was listed and after that went above and beyond to help me thru the application process. Believe it it or not, the whole process from seeing the apt. to signing the lease took less than a week. Professional, proactive, friendly and just plain awesome. I recommend them 100%.
Elizabeth helped my partner and I find our new apartment. It was a great experience! She was very helpful, friendly and responsive! I highly recommend the Realty Depot to anyone looking for an apartment in the Queens/NYC area.
Unethical & Greedy – Ignores NYC’s FARE Act This broker had the absolute audacity to demand 2 months’ rent, 2 months’ security deposit, AND 2 months’ brokers fees—even though NYC’s FARE Act (Local Law 119) explicitly makes LANDLORDS responsible for broker fees when they hire the broker. This isn’t just slimy; it’s illegal exploitation. I’ve worked with Gregory Yadgaroff twice now for two separate rental searches, and both times he made the entire process straightforward and stress-free.
