Just wanted to leave a note about my wonderful broker, Greg Yadgaroff at The Realty Depot in Queens. I was trying to rent in the Kew Gardens area and had a particular set of very specific requirements. Greg worked with me on a number of properties until I finally found the perfect place for me, my new home. He has his own network with area buildings so he was able to show me some upcoming vacancies, and helped me quickly secure the apartment I wanted. He is really professional and kept in communication with me throughout the application process, and he made sure I had all my documents in order for a smooth approval process.
