As a local neuroinclusive and trauma-informed speech therapist I adore the work The Real Work is doing. I love having a pediatric mental health and OT clinic that aligns with my values as a therapist to refer my clients to. The Real Work is carving out a much needed affirming safe space for our neurodivergent youth and creating a community of local practitioners who are committed to paving new paths and new ways of connecting with a world that is still learning to be mindful of individual neurotypes.
The Real Work is our go-to referral for when families of autistic children are seeking mental health or OT support. As a speech therapist and co-owner of a local trauma-informed and neuroinclusive speech therapy practice, I am always looking for local pediatric practitioners whose values align with our own. I am very grateful to have a place like The Real Work to connect our clients with.
