Anthony goes the extra mile. We were very specific about where we wanted to live. Anthony wrote hand written letters to the homeowners in that specific area letting people know we would be interested. When a house became available, Anthony got us a showing right away. Anthony quickly wrote up a clear and concise offer. Our offer was accepted before the house had even been on the market for a full 24 hours. Met with realtor she was very uninviting. Listing for a rental property was completely inaccurate. New windows when the "newest looking ones" had a sticker of 10 years old, States the bathroom newly renovated with moldy caulk, all the screens were shredded, it was half painted, the closet doors do not fit, and lots of drywall crumbling, when asked if these would be addressed before leasing she stated "Not for a rental, if I was selling it I would but for a rental I have plenty in this shape" don't be fooled by the photos.
