Here was an example of my experience at the closing step of process. I bought a Suffolk house recently. Jennifer Ziemer was the listing agent for the Real Estate Group. Nate Carl was my selling agent for Keller Williams Elite 757. They didn't bring the house keys to test at the final walkthrough. On the closing day, Nate gave me the keys so I could enter my house.
