Vey poor customer service for rental. Their application won’t update in realtime, they just mint the money on application of allocating . They won’t even have ethics to call explain it. For customers it show all green mark on the application, we think it’s complete, it won’t even trigger error while submitting.

Miya Jang was great to work with, I can’t say enough good things about her! She had excellent communication throughout the entire process of selling my house, which was only on the market for 4 days. In today’s market that is practically unheard of, unless you’re Miya ..! She was prompt, professional and knew exactly what needed done, and helped every step of the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again.

Tricia herself is great — no complaints there. But when I moved in, my fridge was literally crawling with roaches and so was the home. I have plenty of video proof, but apparently that still wasn’t enough for the company to replace it or for the owner to step up. So I got to live with dead roaches in my fridge for the entire lease. Fun times. Also if you miss a payment by a week or less you can no longer use their online portal to make payments, making you even later. They also got rid of their drop box at their property.
