Waited on hold for 35min in a que saying I was 2nd in line then 1st only to be cycled back into the main loop and then told the access line was now closed...Been having a very hard time trying to connect to services here and needing help for my child asap
if i could give 0 stars i would. staff are clueless and careless. dont bother getting on theyre 9 month wait list they can't provide services anyway.
ROCK is one of the very best CMHS in the province. Would recommend their services first every time someone asks about services for families and children in that area.
My child attends one of the programs at the Burlington location. Since starting in Spring of 2023, his teachers have helped him blossom into such an incredible little human. He enjoys attending his classes so much, that he will request to go on weekends. Such a positive, loving, professional, and warm environment. A huge thank you to all of the incredible staff who have been on this journey with us. You are all truly remarkable people.
