I purchased $5000 worth of items. Unfortunately, they could not be installed until 4 months after purchase because our kitchen cabinets were delayed. Four months later, our contractor realized the wrong size was purchased. At this point, The Range Hood Store refused to exchange an expensive microwave combo for a larger size citing their 30 days return policy (even though I wanted an exchange).
