I’ve been here for 8 years: it’s a quiet place with good people. It’s right in the middle of the farmers market and the court avenue scene. There are two levels of security between the apartments and the street. Maintenance is very responsive. The studios share two washers/dryers, and I’ve rarely had to wait for them. Office management is kind and caring. I’m not planning on leaving any time soon!
I’ve been impressed by their outstanding management and maintenance teams—professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with every time. Highly recommend the Randolph!

I lived at the Randolph for 8 years, and it was a wonderful experience. I moved to Iowa for work and immediately found the property management, the maintenance staff, and my neighbors to be friendly, helpful, and deeply respectful of both personal privacy and of the need to live in a safe and clean place where things work.
