Moved in this year and my apartment here is a breath of fresh air from where I was recently living (see my Civic Center Court apartment review), looked at a lot of other apartments around downtown and this spot was the perfect fit for me-close to downtown activity for food and entertainment, close to public transportation with the Dart station and convenience in shopping with 4th and Court Hy Vee across the street. I lived at The Randolph for a year and loved it! Carla in the leasing office was always so helpful and polite. Maintenance requests were taken care of within 24 hours. I never had any issues hearing my neighbors or night life. Only downfall was paying additional for parking which is to be expected for all apartments downtown. Would recommend living at The Randolph!
They make you pay a 300 refundable deposit to hold apartment didn’t get approved and never got my money back it’s been two months been calling non stop with no answer. Just writing this to notify I’m suing.(update still no check it’s been almost 3 months ) why can’t they just put the money back in my card I have no idea.
