Excellent menu - very much liked the venison chili and red snapper tacos. Friendly, attentive service. Nice selection of bourbons.
For the second time in 2 years we ordered the Wagyu tomahawk for two. We ordered it medium. It came out rare (being generous here) and black and blue and downright cold in the center. I get it, it's easier to take the red out than put it back in. BUT, you're a STEAKHOUSE. If you can't cook a steak right the first time it shouldn't be on the menu. I don't want to send a steak back. It will probably be our last trip herre.

We had dinner at The Ranch last night rounding out our first trip to TX! My husband found it on TripAdvisor, called to see if there was a wait and we headed right over. I’m almost always the one that does research on restaurants ect before we go but he said he’d find something! I had no clue what to expect! Upon arrival I loved the set up of the place!
