I love The Ranch! Excellent food and really nice ambience. One disappointment with dinner last night is that our cowboy ribeye came back extremely rare instead of medium and they had to send it back to fire it up again. Mashed potatoes were cold as well, and when we asked for steak sauce we got hot sauce. I think the staff was preoccupied last night. But the food was good in the end and we had a really great night so I only docked one star for all the mishaps.

Had an exceptional time here yesterday evening....shout out to Michelle (inside bartender) your demo for the white wines was the best! Your a gem....Will definetly frequent more often!

Absolutely the best service, by Ben, that we've experience in a long time. We were a party of 17, and a very large check, and after I told him it was a Hilton properties dinner WE GOT 10 STAR SERVICE! WE wanted for nothing, and never had an issue! ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS WAITER! GREAT FOOD! GREAT ATMOSPHERE! PRIVATE LARGE PARTY ROOM! JUST PERFEXMCT IN ALL ASPECTS!
Being from Louisiana, we know good food...and I was VERY impressed yesterday! There were about 50 people in my party, and many from Louisiana, and we ALL agreed that it was absolutely delicious! This was my first time, (definitely not my last time), as I had the catfish, but cannot wait to try the smoked fried chicken and the whiskey BBQ ribs that met with great reviews also from the table!
