Kwesi & Carlos were extremely helpful with maintenance issues!
This has been by far one of the worst places I have lived. There is absolutely zero communication with the staff in the office and the maintenance people. Have had nothing but issues, water leak in the kitchen under the floor which we lost our kitchen for a whole week. Drywall and baseboards had to be replaced from water damage and 2 months later still missing baseboards. Our dryer has gone out multiple times has been replaced with other old dryers from vacant units which end up going out in a couple months. The AC does not ... read more
Do not move here. They do not communicate with you for anything unless rent is due. They do not fix any issues that arise in a timely manner or communicate if there is a reason they can’t. We have been without hot water a week and nothing from the managers after asking several times for them to call us. On top of that when we had a leak a couple months prior they left us without a kitchen for over a week and it’s still not fixed right.
