I find it shameful that you deleted my review simply because it was critical. That's dishonest and manipulative, ALSO not a good look for a mental health treatment facility. This is precisely why I never called you back after you asked me to talk. You're only proving that I was right to criticize and mistrust in the first place. Instead of trying to look better, why don't you try being better? Use this as an opportunity to address the problems with your business.
