Hell hole
The management is the absolute worst. Plus there's mold everywhere. Their elevators are also on their last legs. This place is also very over priced.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Since Tecton Mgmt. took over it has slowly gone downhill. The hallways are never vacuumed, trash everywhere and laundry rooms are a mess. Our apartment has roaches everywhere, you turn on the kitchen light and they scatter everywhere. They are all over the bathrooms, cupboards, and now the bedrooms. They sprayed our apt twice but because they don't do the whole building, they come right back again. We find dead roaches all over inside the refrigerator and freezer, all around our food.
