I haven't used these services yet. I'd just like to point out to others that this business is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. I didn't catch this on the website; I thought it was a regular storefront I could visit during the hours listed on Google. I was confused when I drove to the listed address (on Decatur St.) and it was just some apartment complex with no rain barrels in sight. Apparently this is the owners home office and the actual rain barrels are elsewhere, I guess?
