How in the world does a rubber glove end up in a veggie wrap? We were told it was unused! Lol! After some future emotional counseling 💯of our party of 6 will never be back! This girl literally got slapped by her sandwich! What are we supposed to tell the kids? Maybe some back of the house reorganization is in order! We know your sorry! But this establishment disgusts me!

If you're looking for a local all around fantastic meal with good drink prices especially during happy hour this is the place to be! All of the meat is all locally raised and all of the beers are all local Ohio handcrafted beers on tap although they do have bottles as well. My wife and I have been at this location to Times now and have had no bad experiences whatsoever. The price is just right for what you get!! This was our second time dining at The Rail and can't wait to come back! I had The Gold Jacket and my husband had the 7th heaven. Both sandwiches were very good and not to messy. I like that the coleslaw is homemade and does not have that typical sweet out of the box taste. What makes The Rail even better is that everything is local to Ohio. I was extremely disappointed with the food. The chips were stale that came with buffalo chicken dip. I ordered mushrooms and it was not in the burger, yet we were charged with it after server said that she would take it off the bill...The tater tots were nasty... we're upcharged 2.50 for it-not worth it! However, the burger tasted great, the dessert was great.,,the rest... meh. Service was fine.
