I asked Jared to give me his opinion on my sound system in my 2009 Infiniti G37 sedan. He told me a good sub would take care of it as my factory speakers sounded good. He went with a 12” sub and Amplifier. I cannot tell you how happy I am with the sound. It’s like a brand new sound system!! They even replaced a burnt out side light. I am loving this place so far, my Shaker stock stereo in my 'Stang decided to keep 3 of my cd's and was starting to make loud noises and even though they didn't have time to get me in yesterday, they made time. I pulled up and my car was making crazy sounds and no power steering, they popped the hood and my serpentine belt had came off. So they fixed it! And they took my stereo out to get it fixed and get my cd's out! Yeah! Great bunch of guys! And thanks to #melhambleton for the recommendation!

I hope you got the car to a mechanic to do a thorough investigation to try to determine what caused your serpentine belt to come off since we didn’t see anything super obvious.
I had an overall great experience with Joad, the new owner of the Radio Shop, in May 2018. They installed a Custom Autosound radio in my 1979 VW Super beetle in record time, and I couldn't be happier with the install. They kept me up to date and ensured they called with price updates, detailed options, and expected finish time. Additionally, when I brought the car back for a corrective issue they responded with enthusiasm and over-the-top professionalism to make the problem right. An absolute A+ for customer service.
