Everyone here was so friendly and very knowledgeable, even when putting in my mmi that was new to them! They figured it out in no time despite lack of instructions! Michael was especially awesome and spent a bunch of extra time explaining to me how to use my new feature! :) Would recommend to anyone who wants reasonably priced, quality, work in addition to a laugh.
Recently I'd gotten a 12 installed in the back of my ride & I greatly appreciated my experience here... A bit pricey but that's just kinda how it goes & I felt it was / still is very much well worth it.. Their staff checked in with me a couple times regarding specific products, informing me of options but not pressuring my decision- didn't get the impression there was an intent to "upsell" or anything like that & hands down I believe this is the absolute best place to get work like this done in our area. Had a great experience with Eric the owner of The Radio Doctor. He knew the right questions to ask and if I had factory air and how to overcome the obstacles. This was all at a very reasonable price. One happy customer!
The women at the front desk with purple hair was rude and made it seem like we were wasting her time and pointed us in the direction of a different place because her techs are just “too busy”,wouldn’t even bother,take your business elsewhere.
