If I can give 0 stars I would ! Do not move here ! First they charge you to park your car were you stay and say it’s cover garage parking we don’t even have garages. Now we haven’t had water since 6/23 it’s 6/27 saying they can only give us a gallon of water no discount on rent . Telling us to go thru rentals insurance but it’s not covered under rental insurance cause it didn’t happen inside my house smh worst management company ever
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! Roaches and mold!!!! Take your hard earned money somewhere else. I've lived here almost two years and have constant issues with pest control and maintenance. The management is always being rotated with new people every couple of months. The people that were here when I moved in horrible so they brought in two new people Ms.B and Brandon. We don't have running water and we can't even flush the toilet or take a bath this is unexceptionable in this heat where people are sweating all day also the office people don't even know when it'll come back on
They need another manager if they want the residence happy, she is so rude. I was working there as maintenance for a temporary agency and she never approved my hours working there.
Maintenance people take forever to fix problems. Lease office phones are never answered. Garbage is always overflowing in dumpsters. Roaches everywhere. I was assaulted and had to get stitches. I hope a class action lawsuit gets filed on this place.
