Their customer service is atrocious, their website says they have a service technician available every day. This is a flat out LIE. I called about a small fix on my machine and was told if I brought it in that afternoon I'd have it back the next day. The tech came in but they were so disorganized he "overlooked" my machine and never worked on it. I was then told to call back Monday. A little snooty. If not buying a machine or making a large purchase they're not too helpful. Not a great fabric selection either, not willing to look into the possibility of ordering fabric they don't have. Answers to questions short, 2 people there last few times I've been in, one behind counter one at a machine sewing, neither makes a move to help. When I do buy a Bernina (because I REALLY want one when able to afford it!) will be making my purchase some where else.

This is one of my go to quilt stores. I like it because it is close to home and they usually have exactly what I need. I love that I can drop my machine off for service and get it back quickly. They know about the machines past and present and have always answered my questions. They even helped me trouble shoot a problem and had the part I needed in stock.
