Accurate diagnosis of mechanical issues, reasonable rates on parts and labor are what to expect from the Quiet Zone. Thorough analysis of mechanical problems to fully understand and evaluate the cost/ performance ratio of a repair. The repair analysis is itemized by importance. I chose the exhaust pipe including muffler, and replacement of the serpentine belt. The price of parts and labor fit my budget. I have 10 K miles on my brakes before they will need replacing. Quoted 500 for a muffler and tail pipe that I went down the road and got for under 100 and just put it on myself. Off the top of his head quote and didn't even ask my name, so don't tell me you don't see me in your database lol. Come on guys. Really?....................Response to Quiet Zone, nobody suggested I schedule an appointment. My old pickup was in the parking lot. The guy looked out the window at it, and gave me a quote.
