First time I've taken my car to The Quiet Zone, my car needed some work and my usual shop was really backed up. These guys were recommended by other people I know. My car had an unusual stalling problem, they troubleshot and diagnosed the problem. They contacted me and explained it would be a very costly repair to a high mileage car. We agreed I should give it some thought. They were very professional and didn't try to convince me to do anything. Will absolutely return to them in the future.
Jim and his crew were super nice. Although he was willing to fix my car, we came to the conclusion that the expense of fixing my 23 year old car maybe didn’t make sense. He put my situation ahead of his profit. Don’t worry…I’ll be back!
