Terrible, terrible customer service. I had the tires replaced here. They're fine, really it's hard to screw that up. What the problem is, they do not follow any sort of torque guidelines when putting the lug nuts back on. I tried to remove them to do a brake job and broke not one, not two, but three different tools trying to loosen the nuts. When calling to ask what they can to help, Tony quickly dimissed me! will not ever recommend or go back. Customer service? not at this place!!!
HONEST AND RELIABLE I recently researched repair companies to replace the brakes on my 2006 Nissan Pickup. I search my local town for quotes and finding them running between $400-$600, I began searching surrounding areas. GREAT DEAL ON TIRES – I HAVE BEEN COMING TO QZ FOR ALMOST 5 YEARS, I WAS RECOMMENDED TO THEM BY A CO WOKER. THERE WORK HAS BEEN ABOVE AND BEYOND. YOU GUYS HAVE HOOKED ME UP WITH A GREAT DEAL ON TIRES. YOU SAVED ME PLENTY OF MONEY, SAMS AND COSTCO ARE OVER PRICED. THANK YOU GUYS.
Quality Work – First off, I was recommended to QZ at a oil change place. So I was starting with minor repairs to more serious ones. I got new tires for my 96 Town car and my 05 Explorer. I also had my heater core replaced in my Explorer and recently a Transmission solenoid unit which had a check engine code 0745. I went to them first and I was quoted a few hundred bucks. I went to a Meineke just to see what they would say and I was told there is no way to fix the transmission and I would have to get a brand new which starts ... read more
Great alternative to the national chains! – I found this place online and thought I would give them a try since they had good reviews. I was very impressed with the service. They completed my repair in the time they promised and for price that was quoted to me. Their price was lower than everywhere else I called and did not change once they had my car in their hands. I received good service and a lifetime warranty on the work they did. I'm definetly coming back to Quiet Zone.
GREAT PLACE FOR ONLINE APPOINTMENTS – I WORK ALL THE TIME, AND WHEN I GET A DAY OFF, I DONT FEEL LIKE WAITING AROUND FOR MY TURN TO COME. 1st stop for repairs – A couple months ago, I had to have my brakes repaired. I called other places, and was quoted at a couple thousand dollars and actually given a 50-50 chance of the car ever being drivable again. This place quoted me at only a couple hundred dollars and after looking it over, seen no downfall behind it being fixed. Good Service – I found this place online and thought I would give them a try. They seemed to be honest about their work and were very professional. I also appreciated that they didn't try to sell me a million things like the oil change place I go to. I will definetly be going there again for my car.
Best price on tires by far... – I had priced some Michelin tires online and called around town to get some quotes. Their price was lowest by far. I was very impressed with their service. They were very professional and the price was exactly what was quoted over the phone.
