The new management has ruined this building! STAY AWAY!! What was once a luxury building is now ran like section 8/income based housing. No upkeep of the building, multiple things are always broken all over the building, garage gate wide open 24/7, no “housekeeping” or cleaning ladies to be seen EVER (there were multiple ladies on per day when the last office management was running the building), no upkeep of the dog park (piles and piles of feces everywhere), trash shoot compactor turned off every week so trash piles up i... read more
I have visited a friend that has lived here for 3yrs and everytime I have come there is always pple wondering around. The new standard of apts across S.FL seem to be run by property investment companies. In general your living experience is judged by the people living around you more than the promises the advertising makes to get people in. Just never forget, majority of people don't feel like they have to show respect because the price of the rentals has everyone entitled to their own lifestyles.
Edited 2.5.25 Apparently to get anyone’s attention, one must leave a review, and it’s a joke over how much time one has to spend to get any maintenance done on the building. The Wi-Fi by the pool is constantly not working, so we are not able to utilize the full amenities of having a TV and streaming and playing music at our bar at the pool as well. THE BEST APARTMENT IVE LIVED IN IN FLORIDA (so far) HANDS DOWN !!!! Management always tends to my needs ... it's cozy ... they keep the halls very clean and the lobby organized. The amenities are nice and never too crowded or messy . Moving in was a breeze.. they are very dog loving here and always here to assist .. not to mention the perks you get just for paying rent. 10 out of 10 for me🩵
