The Q has a very nice and calm environment that I feel like I need. It’s very peaceful when I’m walking around and everyone around me is friendly. My apartment is very stable where I have seen no issues in the structural integrity or the irrigation. It’s always clean and pretty. The management team is attentive and very helpful as well!

I’ve been living here for over a year now, and I can honestly say it’s been a fantastic experience. The property is in a prime location — just a short drive to Fort Lauderdale Beach, Las Olas Boulevard, and some of the best dining and entertainment spots in the city.
