The only reason they are getting 1 star is because they are cheap. DO NOT BE AFRAID TO SPEND A TINY BIT MORE TO AVOID THIS BUILDING AT ALL COSTS. I would never recommend this building to anyone. Management has changed 3 times in 2 years and has gotten worse and worse. Pool only gets sunlight 2 hours a day because whoever architected this building was an idiot. This is a run down building (all due to new management!) that they still try to pass as luxury is a complete disaster and quite honestly a safety and health concern. Take my advise (and many others) and stay far away from this place. Update: First of all, any 5 star review you see here is either fake or written by management to drown out the real, negative experiences. I recently moved out of this complex and it was an absolute nightmare. I asked for simple move out instructions and was told, “just normal move out things.” That’s the level of professionalism you can expect. The 5 star reviews are fake and written by management staff. They are incredibly disorganized, poor communication, have excuses for everything yet nothing gets fixed. You would think with time they would get better but nothing changes. Unfortunately do not recommend moving here ever since old management left.
The Q has a very nice and calm environment that I feel like I need. It’s very peaceful when I’m walking around and everyone around me is friendly. My apartment is very stable where I have seen no issues in the structural integrity or the irrigation. It’s always clean and pretty. The management team is attentive and very helpful as well!
