We love that the Queensbury is being refurbished and they are doing a wonderful job. We have lunch at Fenimore's at least once a week and it's fabulous. The soups that Dan prepares are to die for.
Limited menu and very over priced! Now onto service... Servers were not even AWARE of what they could or could not do! Staff needs to be better training! I am a local Professional that would not recommend your NEW MAKEOVER ! Not impressed!
Stayed here for 2 nights 12/30 and 12/31 first night ok. New Years Eve staff banging on door at 1 am looking for water leak. People in room next door having horrible domestic dispute told the hotel staff F*%# you when they asked them to quiet down at 2 am. Topped the morning off with a 5:30 am fire drill the fire alarm sounded. On a positive note staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in nice location pretty little city. I was a little disappointed. No microwave or refrigerator. Also, the bar closed way too early.

Tom, thank you for staying with us and for providing some constructive suggestions so we can better our offerings. We do have microwaves and refrigerators available upon request.. Please request them on your next visit. Fenimore's is open until at least 10pm during the week and 11pm on weekends and if business levels are strong, we stay open later. I am sorry that the lounge was not available during your stay.
We had an excellent time at the new Park 26 Restaurant Friday evening,. Our waiter, Nick, was friendly and professional with knowledge of the menu items. The food was delicious with portions that sent no one home hungry. The quality was equal to the value. An all-around-enjoyable dining experience that we would surly do again.

We found this wonderful place online and decided to give it a try. We traveled to Christmas shop and were delighted when we got to the hotel! It was very clean(my first reqirement), the staff was so pleasant and respectful. After a long day off shopping we were pleased with our dinner in the pub. We loved all the live entertainment. We wrapped all our presents( hahaha to our snoopy kids), got a good nights sleep and had a quick muffin on our way out the next morning. We are making this our new tradition!
