Go to Straub instead, this place is a zoo and don’t seem to really care, you feel like just a number. I’m not impressed. Been here five hours and just saw a APRN who gave me attitude. Doctors have changed. Lot of new ones don’t care others just have massive egos. It’s really sad what has happened to once was a great hospital. I recently was in an emergency transfer room M213 and have the pleasure of having Joanna Marie, who was an assistant to Elena and I found out that’s she’s a recent graduate approaching one year and already has her nurses license so if this message goes to HR, I am hoping that you’re able to promote Nina because she’s an will be an outstanding nurse for Queens medical emergency room. I had the opportunity to be put in the emergency transition room. My room was M213 and my nurse was Elina and Elina was so professional so helpful. I think she should be a candidate to be the chief of nurses in at Queens. I really think so. If that cannot be done, I want to make sure she’s recognized as she is a valuable valuable most competent most professional nurse.
