We visited your club last night and attempted to request a song from the DJ. Unfortunately, he responded in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner. We’ve supported your establishment consistently, but we don’t expect — or accept — unhinged behavior in a social environment where guests should feel welcome. I’m sharing this so management is aware, because experiences like this affect whether we choose to return
