The doctor was very helpful and I can say we received quality care there today. However, this location is severely understaffed. The normal wait is 1-2 hours with only 2 people waiting before us. When we were done with the appointment, the receptionist said the wait will be over 2.5 hours.
Pitch dark when we came in at 11 am for service. No one at the desk for a while. After we showed our ID the receptionist pre-warned us, “just to let you know we only got one doctor today so the wait is gonna be longer.” I post the true experience here and hope the supervisors and leadership what not to review and make sure this is the type of response for their “customers.” Patients do expect a level of customer service despite they come here seeking for medical help.
Came to urgent care for my 10 month old daughter who is lethargic only to be turned away since they have no provider :( had to Uber to this one and the other one 🫠
My adult son and I were on electric scooter accidents. He injured his arm, I injured my rib. They took my son and did his X-ray. They told me to go to emergency since I had a few very minor scratches on my face. I was not complaining about my head and did not ask to get my head checked, I was there to get a rib X-ray so that I would know what injury I was dealing with. What the heck, they want me to wait for 2-3 hours for my son to get his arm X-ray and then go to emergency for my X-ray! Absolutely stupid and lacking in comm... read more
