This review is for Queens for primary care, not urgent care. I feel the staff is organized and caring here. It is not perfect as it is hard to get a live person when I call, but they do return calls and appointments are easily made. I have been coming here for the past 3 years to see my family doctor. Location is good too. I would rather drive a little further and have good and free parking.

The front desk staff and nurses are all very nice and professional. I saw Dr Chen (ObGyn) and didn’t like her bedside manner, so I won’t be going back. There is plenty of parking in their lot and in the mall garage. The facilities are very clean and updated.

The doctor was very helpful and I can say we received quality care there today. However, this location is severely understaffed. The normal wait is 1-2 hours with only 2 people waiting before us. When we were done with the appointment, the receptionist said the wait will be over 2.5 hours.
