Access to make appointment is very poor The schedule was given only for one week, I did not have any urgent problem and wanted to make an appointment for a follow up within couple of weeks I was told to go to urgent care Or I could wait till my Follow up appointment, which Is in August The appointment person would not let me connect to doctors office staff, it does not make any sense

After waiting 9 months for a new PCP appointment, I was super disappointed in seeing M.M. in this office. The doc was dismissive and every issue I brought up he went into monologues about not treating my issues and why he wouldn’t do certain treatments. He even went so far as to make me feel bad about the current medications I was on. I would not recommend. Most unhelpful doctor I’ve ever seen.

I had an unfortunate experience with Dr. M.M. When I shared my constant fatigue at 40, he dismissed it as normal aging without further investigation. I suggested blood tests for B12, thyroid, and hormones, but my next appointment was canceled. The staff seemed uninterested in discussing my concerns. I believe doctors should be proactive in preventive care, but it felt like action was only taken when illness became severe in the U.S.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. S. Sanders! She's empathetic, caring, thorough, super friendly, and will genuinely take time to listen to - and explore - all of your concerns. I particularly like how she approaches her doctor-patient relationships as a true partnership in patient care. Additionally, the nursing staff are fantastic and the front office staff are also helpful and friendly. Queen's call center team is also great. I highly recommend this center.
