They are happy to provide exceptional service, untill you have a bad day. Then they will discharge you from their program without mercy to the fact that you are human and struggle sometimes. They referred me to a therapist who after a year of traumatic events and struggling to find a steady therapist, dropped me two weeks before my surgery. My experience here overall exceeded my expectations!! I'm so thankful for dr. Mikami and his staff for everything. I felt so comfortable and they were all welcoming with such amazing Aloha hospitality. Definitely recommend them, thankyou for helping me begin my new life
I found the collective staff representing the mental health, nutritional counseling, administrative support, and clinical management to be highly professional in every regard. All staff showed apparent genuine empathy, understanding, and support. Interpersonal communication, and teaching skills were excellent. For patients willing and able to make consistent and honest effort to achieve goals (allowing for minor setbacks), they are an outstanding team motivated towards your improved health and quality of life.
Very rude, sarcastic, disrespectful and unprofessional staffs especially Rachel. (She blurted out loudly "OH MY GOSH" as she hang up her phone, during my phone call with her today 8/4/2021. The conversation was on speaker phone so other family members at home heard her last remark too.) I Reported to Patient Relations Dept for bad behavior and service.
