First time visiting Imani, and everything was so lovely from the time I walked in until the time I walked out! She is very sweet, kind, and professional. I loved how welcoming and caring she was throughout the entire service. She was very gentle with my hair, and the shampoo treatment was so relaxing. Her space is clean, beautiful, and well-kept. I scheduled an appointment two weeks ago. When I showed up for my appointment, the shop was closed. Imani had all of my contact information and did not text or call me. Today, after I showed up for my appointment, I saw she contacted me through google and said she couldn't accept my appointment and my deposit wasn't refunded. She made no contact to try to reschedule my appointment. Her behavior and lack of communication is very unprofessional. Stay away from this stylist
She is such a mindful and considerate stylist. From the way she handles your hair (detangles without tearing through it roughly) to how she washed my littles hair with ear protectors to keep water from inside of it. She has a clean and comfortable suite. Doesn’t over book so you are waiting under the dryer for hours to finish. The entire experience was so nice. AND most importantly my silk press lasted FOREVER even during a rainy week! I am looking forward to growing my healthy hair with her!!
The absolute best. The atmosphere is A+ and the stylist is very knowledgeable and cares about the health of your hair.
