Pros: close to campus, gated community, I have my own bathroom, decent rent price, okay internet, smart TV (no cable though), fully furnished Cons: water gets pretty cold early nights leading to many cold showers, too close to a busy road (gets loud sometimes), thin floors and ceilings, they don't give much notice before they spray for bugs
Great location and amazing management!
Clean property, good friends to live with, a lot of cool events, nice staff, and great access to everywhere. It's right next to campus and you will see great sunrises/sunsets everyday. If it's rain? Just walk 30 sec. to take a Green shuttle. Better check out and see how awesome the apartment is.
Overall a pretty clean property. Many options available. Location is essentially on campus takes no time to get to class. Friendly management.
