No Complaints I lived at The Quarry for 2 years and would have continued living there if I still lived in Columbus. The apartment itself was a nice open floor plan with newer appliances and great views. The white walls and carpet gave the place a very clean feeling. Large bathrooms, mine in particular with a walk-in closet, are a very big plus. Each unit has a deck/patio area that is great for evening sitting/reading and enjoying the view of the center lake. Poor Management I have no real complaints about the apartment complex itself- there are a lot of bugs, the apartments aren't super nice, but rent seems reasonable (to me, at least) for what it is. The management is truly AWFUL. The world's worst customer service (honestly management just ignores you if you complain) and so incredibly disorganized. Once, my husband walked over to the leasing office and dropped off our rent check. A couple days later, we have a notice on our door that we haven't paid rent and will be evicted? ... read more
Pros and cons Definitely have mixed feelings about this place. The apartment itself is beautiful- quality appliances, flooring, open floor plan. The outside is beautiful as well, situated around a man made lake! Location is wonderful too, just outside grandview, my favorite town/suburb in Columbus. It is not too loud or rowdy for the most part, and neighbors are friendly. The downside is the management and maintenance.
