I kid you not every month your wifi is gonna go off for 2 days and the management here isn’t gonna do a single thing to fix the issues. The staff literally do nothing but lie so they can FINE you… they increase rent every year… this is literally student living???? they really don’t care about anything but you paying your rent on time DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! THEY WILL TRAP YOU . My old roommate had to go to court to get out of his lease…
As far as student dorms, it’s expensive but it feels that way. It has a lot of amenities that most other student housing sites just don’t have. That being said… Bugs (roaches flies etc from apartments next door to yours who won’t get bug treatments so you just have bugs now), internet that cuts out so often it hurts (sometimes an hour, sometimes 30 minutes, sometimes an entire day or two with no communication or answers), and some of the most self entitled students living here I’ve ever met (don’t care how late it is how lou... read more
Lived here throughout my university years. Maintenance team is honestly top-tier—always helpful and quick to fix things. But management is a different story. Anything involving money, especially refund cheques, becomes unnecessarily complicated. The miscommunication is wild. What should have been a simple refund process turned into weeks of unnecessary delays, conflicting information, and wasted trips. Genuinely one of the best customer services experience I have ever had
It's great if you want an upscale housing experience on campus, although it is very pricy. Near Finch, it is one of the safer options for housing, and directly borders the central area of York University's Keele Campus, allowing for close access to like 60 different stores. It is also directly next to bus routes to Walmart, and some other spots.
