Been living here about 1/2 a month now, and I've enjoyed my time so far. rooms are spacious coming with a personal bathroom/shower. Security system is pretty decent, not being able to get in the building without a key fob. Gym is relatively clean with limited machines, laundromat is reasonably priced. Extremely misleading Be very careful when choosing your suite here. I paid for a specific floor plan based on the layout advertised on their official website, but when I moved in, I was given a completely different layout. The original layout I paid for was actually on their website when I booked, but the website has since been updated and that original photo has been removed. I’m shocked by the blatant lack of consideration for time, and basic well-being shown by the security team at this location. SPECIFICALLY THE WOMAN HOLDING THE PHONE. It is deeply concerning that a business operating in such a diverse city, employs individuals who display clear racial prejudice.Management needs to urgently review their hiring practices and implement immediate bias/sensitivity training.
