They had my review removed apparently; so I’ll rate them 1 star instead. This establishment is extremely sexist and prejudice. I don’t recommend renting here at all. In the future don’t try to have negative reviews deleted and you won’t get worse reviews! Man that backfired on you guys bad didn’t it?
This morning (around 7am ) my friends and I were enjoying the sunrise on the beautiful roof access point after spending the night at my cousins apartment at this complex when a gentleman wearing a Greystar-t shirt ,that I assume was security, and his trusty dog whom also sported a vest with “security “ on the side of it. Proceeded to swing open the stairway door and began to scream at us , telling us we needed to leave and that “ we don’t belong here and the cops are coming to get us” I tried to explain the situation and my ... read more
After 4 years, I cannot recommend The Q Apartments enough! You can't beat the location - great views (especially from the roof), walkable to some of the best restaurants in QA, and proximity to Climate Pledge Arena. It is an older building but you can't beat how amazing management (aka Kory) and maintenance (aka Des) are - extremely responsive and kind human beings who are really there to help you. The best affordable apartment you could find in upper QA!
I’ll leave them 4 stars. It’s a nice place; secure; clean; and overlooking downtown Seattle with views of the ocean. Seattle pricing is ridiculous. Seattle people are even more ridiculous. I had several experiences I would describe ultimately as sexism against males; as I had neighbors who would sing opera everyday; disturbing my unit; yet never got disciplined. I had a kitten that would literally destroy thousands of dollars worth of stuff and was told I was not allowed to discipline via yelling as it disturbs others? So ma... read more
My wife and I have loved living at the Q for the last 4 years! It's in such a great location with Kerry park and all of upper and lower queen Anne within short walking distance, if you don't mind heading down the hill. Great food variety abound. The 2/13 bus stops are right outside and run frequently into downtown, and there are a variety of other bus lines just down the hill, but the Q also offers garage parking for reasonable rates and we haven't had any notable issues.
